Who We Are
Meet the founders
Luis and David founded Heyra three years ago, driven by their passion for product development and a vision to infuse the agility, ownership, and speed of start-ups into corporate environments.
Today, Heyra proudly partners with over 30 clients, scaling with purpose and creating impactful solutions that align seamlessly with each client’s vision. As David puts it, "We build more than just slides; we deliver outcomes over output."
Luis, Heyra’s co-founder and CEO, leads with vision, inspiring teams and shaping client strategies. A former Kindred Group consultant, he holds degrees in economics and international business from CBS. Luis brings energy to Heyra’s culture, championing sports and team training.
David is the co-founder and CTO of Heyra, where he shapes the company’s future-proof tech strategy. Prior to Heyra, he founded Starflow at 17, raising $4M from top Nordic entrepreneurs before selling it to a Dutch competitor in 2021. A former junior pro tennis player, he’s rumoured to have shed a tear when his idol Roger Federer retired.

Meet the Team
Alexander is our Head of AI, specializing in data-driven development and automation. While studying Computer Science, he discovered a passion for building autonomous trading algorithms. When not solving AI challenges, he’s growing food, reading, or plotting his Dota 2 comeback.
Oliver is our Business Development Lead, shaping our consulting practice with experience in Management Consulting, Novo Nordisk, Bang & Olufsen and Maersk. With an M.Sc. in Information Systems, he drives impactful strategies. Outside of work, Olivers passion is teaching skiing in Switzerland.
Thor is our Management Consultant, guiding digital transformation with an M.Sc. in Digital Innovation. With experience at Devoteam and Novo Nordisk, he ensures alignment between business and tech. A former footballer, Thor thrives in teamwork and precision.
Maja is our UI/UX Designer with over 6 years of experience, specializing in web and mobile design. With a keen eye for detail and expert skills in Figma, she crafts intuitive interfaces. Having worked at startups, Maja adapts quickly to deliver creative solutions.
Gleb is our Senior Project Manager, ensuring smooth project delivery with expertise in Agile methodologies. A skilled leader with a detail-oriented mindset, he keeps the team focused and motivated. Gleb’s humor and leadership make him a valued team member.

Sebastian is our Junior AI & Data Analyst, combining physics expertise with machine learning insights. Currently studying at the University of Copenhagen, he tackles complex challenges with precision, making him a vital asset to our data-driven projects.
